FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2026

Attica Holdings S.A. (the “Company”) announces its financial calendar for the year 2026, in accordance with Article 4.1.1 of the Athens Exchange Regulation and Resolution 25 of the Steering Committee of the Markets of Athens Exchange, as follows:

− April 30th, 2026:
-- Announcement of the 2025 Annual Financial Results
-- Publication of the Annual Financial Report for financial year 2025

The investment community will be duly informed in a timely manner once the date of the Ordinary General Meeting has been finalized.

The Board of Directors shall propose to the Ordinary General Meeting that no dividend be distributed from the Company’s profits for the fiscal year.

The financial results will be posted on the Company’s website (www.attica-group.com), as well as on the website of Euronext Athens (www.athexgroup.gr), following the close of the trading session of the Athens Stock Exchange.
