S&P Global ESG Score
As of December 2025, Attica Holdings S.A. scored 42 (out of a maximum of 100) in S&P’s CSA 2025 assessment and 44 (out of a maximum of 100) in S&P’s ESG 2025 assessment, reflecting its progress and ongoing efforts toward improvement. Attica Holdings ranks in the top 25% of the Transportation and Transportation Infrastructure sector in the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment. S&P Global’s CSA assessment measures a company’s performance as well as its management of material ESG risks, opportunities, and impacts. The assessment is based on a combination of analysis of publicly available information, media data, and stakeholder feedback, as well as modeling methods and the company’s active participation in S&P Global’s Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA).
ATHEX ESG Score
In November 2025, Attica Group (Attica Holdings S.A.) achieved another significant distinction, receiving an ESG Transparency Score of 99% from the Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX) and recording a 14-point increase compared to the previous year. This performance ranks the Group in 2nd place in the overall ranking of all companies, remaining firmly in 1st place in the sector for the third consecutive year. Companies listed on the Athens Stock Exchange are assessed on the basis of their level of transparency in accordance with the "ESG Transparency Methodology", which is considered a criterion for inclusion in the ATHEX ESG index. This progress reflects the Attica Group's ongoing commitment to transparency, sustainability, and responsible corporate governance.
Forbes ESG Transparency Index
In 2025, Attica Group (Attica Holdings S.A) received a “Platinum” rating in Forbes’ ESG Transparency assessment, ranking among the 100 largest companies in Greece for 2025 in terms of transparency regarding ESG issues. The survey is based on public sources and specific disclosure criteria.
