Sale of express Skiathos

Attica Holdings S.A. announces the signing of an agreement for the sale of RoRo vessel EXPRESS SKIATHOS, owned by a subsidiary of the Company, to 4NAVER SHIPHOLDING LTD for a total cash consideration of Euro 9 million.

The conclusion of the agreement will take place upon delivery of the vessel to her new Owners which is scheduled for the first ten days of April 2024.

The above transaction generated a capital gain for Attica Group of approximately Euro 2.8 million which will be recorded in the financial results of the first half of 2024, whereas the Group's cash and cash equivalents will increase by approximately Euro 9 million.
