Sale of the Ro-Pax vessel “LEFKA ORI”

ATTICA HOLDINGS S.A. announces the sale of the Ro-Pax vessel LEFKA ORI, owned by a subsidiary of the Company, for a total consideration of Euro 8.3 million.

The above transaction generated a gain of Euro 4.9 million, which will be recorded in the Group’s financial results for the second half of 2026.
