Response to Letter from Hellenic Capital Market Commission

In response to the letter dated 28 September 2026 received from the Hellenic Capital Market Commission regarding the incident that occurred on 25 September 2026 involving the Ro-Ro cargo vessel BLUE CARRIER 2, owned by a subsidiary of the Group, ATTICA HOLDINGS S.A. (the "Company") informs the investment community as follows:

The Company has already redeployed other vessels of the Group to fully meet the transportation needs and safeguard the supply chain in the areas it serves. Accordingly, the incident is not expected to affect the Group’s operations or financial position. It is noted that the vessel, as well as all vessels of the Group, maintains full insurance coverage for Hull & Machinery and for third-party liability under Protection & Indemnity (P&I) insurance.
