ATTICA HOLDINGS S.A. (the “Company”) announces to the investment community, in accordance with the Athens Exchange Regulation and Decision No. 25 of the Stock Markets Steering Committee, that the date of the Company's Annual Ordinary General Meeting has been set for 10 September 2026.
