Transfer of Shares to the Euronext Athens Surveillance Segment

Attica Holdings S.A. (the “Company”) announces that, pursuant to a notification received from Euronext Athens, its shares have been transferred to the Surveillance Segment, in accordance with Section 3.1.4.4 of the Euronext Athens Rulebook and the relevant decisions adopted thereunder, following the assessment of the average free float of the Company's shares during the review period from 1 January 2026 to 30 June 2026. The Company's shares will remain in the Surveillance Segment until full compliance with the relevant requirements has been achieved. The transfer became effective on Monday, 13 July 2026. Euronext Athens published a relevant announcement on Friday, 10 July 2026.
