Resignation of a Member of the Board of Directors

Attica Holdings S.A. (the “Company”) announces to the investment community that Mr. Ioannis Voyiatzis has resigned from his position as a Non-Executive Member of the Company’s Board of Directors, as well as from his membership on the Audit Committee and the Risk Management Committee.

At its meeting of 25 June 2026, the Board of Directors, following consideration of the recommendation of the Company's Remuneration and Nomination Committee, resolved not to replace the resigning member on either the Board of Directors or the Company's Risk Management Committee. The Board of Directors further resolved to appoint Ms. Anna Machaira, a Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors, as a member of the Audit Committee for the remainder of the current Audit Committee's term of office.

Following the above resolutions, the Audit Committee was reconstituted as follows:
− Efstratios Chatzigiannis, Chair;
− Loukas Papazoglou, Member; and
− Anna Machaira, Member.
